Canadian Solar Inc. is proposing to open a plant that produces the  solar panels. And it&#8217;s not looking to be a small project, either. According to The London Free Press on December 4, 2009, the proposed project expects to be &#8220;one of the largest solar panel manufacturing sites in North America.&#8221;
Looks like the tech triangle is turning green!
