At INDEX we like to believe we’re making a difference in the lives – or at least day-to-day logistics routines – of our clients and their shipping/receiving departments. And every once in a while, we catch a glimpse of some proof. Here’s one of our favourite client reference letters, written by Paul Rak of VeriForm and VeriGreen.
“I have dealt with Brian and Janice for 99% of all our courier needs for nearly 10 years now. Some key observations about their work for us:
1) Both Janice and Brian respond very fast to any shipping needs we have in terms of dispatching them.
2) Index drivers are not only courteous but also super diligent in ensuring loads are handled safely and quickly.
3) Index has lots of drivers and lots of assorted sizes of vehicles….I do not believe it is an exaggeration to say their company has more vehicles at its disposal than any ...

3) Index has lots of drivers and lots of assorted sizes of vehicles….I do not believe it is an exaggeration to say their company has more vehicles at its disposal than any of their closest competitors.

4) Index’s shipping rates are 2nd to none. Our monthly bills are kept so low that I know for a fact their rates have helped us win contracts and keep current customers in the super competitive world in which we run our business.

A real good measure of a company is the turnaround of employees. I know at least 4 of the Index brokers have been with them nearly 14 years. That tells me that Index is a great company to work for and a great supplier. The way they treat your staff is an indication that we have the right company for our shipping needs.
You can have any new accounts call me for a verbal reference any time. I will be glad to do this!”
